I have been in a mentor ship for the last two years with the premier property education from the premier property group. We are a company which invests and develops properties in greater London area. We also refurbish old houses and old buildings for conversion into flats or houses. We also rent studio apartments and hmo's to manage as part of our portfolio. We also develop and build new block of flats and new houses, convert old pubs into flats or rebuild old warehouses into new flats.

We try to keep projects under 2 yrs from the purchase to the final exit. We do also look for properties in west midlands area. We are always looking for friendly people who may be interested in investing and earn some money when they sleep. There are always these possibilities available from a minimum amount of £20k. Upwards there is no limit but details will be discussed over face to face conversation.
